Florida SafeRider offers two types of courses.
Basic Rider Course: As of July 1, 2008, per s. 322.12(5)(a), F.S., every first-time applicant (regardless of age) for licensure to operate a motorcycle must provide proof of completion of a motorcycle safety course before the applicant may be licensed to operate a motorcycle. Riding a motorcycle without the endorsement is a criminal violation.

Experienced Rider Course: For riders who already have a motorcycle endorsement.

Besides offering the Basic Rider Course and the Experienced Rider Course, Florida SafeRider also offers private lessons for those who want or need extra help or just like to learn one-on-one. If you are interested in private lessons, please feel free to contact us to set up an appointment.
